More than 7,300 residents of New Jersey's nursing homes, veterans homes, and long-term care facililties have died from COVID-19. Nearly half of the state's coronavirus deaths have occurred among these vulnerable populations.

Whistleblowers have hinted that dangerous policy directives, misrepresented data, and arbitrary decision-making by the Murphy Administration contributed to a wildfire of infection and death in these facilities that could have been prevented.

The families and loved ones of victims deserve to hear the truth and to know that those responsible will be held accountable.

Similarly, current residents deserve to know that the failures that led to thousands of deaths have been thoroughly investigated and understood, and that effective reforms have been developed and implemented to keep them safe.

You can send the message to the New Jersey Legislature to form a special bipartisan committee with subpoena power to conduct this important investigation.
